It states: "Motor vehicle crashes are the #l cause of death for teens in America.  

They take nearly 6,000 lives and injure another 300,000 every year.  

Those numbers remain unacceptably high, despite safer cars, better roads and decades of safe-driving program.

 We think it's time for a change.
