Payment Policy: 

Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A security/damage deposit of $400 is 
charged at the time of booking to reserve the dates. 
  
A HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING fee of $75 applies to all rentals and is due 
at the time of full payment. 

All Rentals are subject to applicable Taxes.  Florida
Resort tax of 9%

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Pay Pal, Personal 
checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks are accepted forms of 
payment.

Refund of Security Deposit

The deposit will be returned within 14 business days of departure if 
there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and 
after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including 
linens, keys, gate cards, parking passes etc. PLEASE NOTE You will 
be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. 

Cancellation Policy: 

For cancellation of 30 days or more will be charged a handling fee 
of $50.00 Cancellations of less than 14 days prior to arrival will 
be charged the entire deposit of $400. 

Rules: A rental agreement will be e-mailed to you that will must be 
signed and returned with the security/damage deposit. The agreement 
includes rules and rental requirements.
